Trust Accounting Operations

Candidates will have basic to advanced knowledge of accounting principles and MS Excel spreadsheet functions and formulas.  A background in settling, balancing, analyzing and auditing financial transactions and data will be beneficial in performing the day-to-day duties of this position.  Candidates must display attention to detail and the ability to effectively communicate issues and ideas to co-workers and management.

The ideal candidate will be able to work independently on day to day responsibilities, but also be able to work with team members across company platforms.   Candidates must be willing to continue learning in the retirement industry while working in our high volume, high growth environment with an overall goal of contributing to continued company, as well as personal career, growth and success.


  • Daily Cash Reconciliation of multiple Individual and Omnibus accounts
  • Daily Unit Reconciliation of multiple Individual and Omnibus accounts
  • Daily Processing and Settling of trades on multiple platforms
  • Calculation of NAV on internal and partner funds
  • New Account setup including data validation and system setup
  • Processing incoming contributions and deposits
  • Processing distribution and disbursement requests
  • Annual review of accounts to ensure data integrity
  • Working with Relationship Manager to review/research account holdings and/or activity 
  • Perform account maintenance as needed
  • Perform asset maintenance as needed
  • Process incoming and outgoing asset transfers
